InnoPlot Peer Platforms

The objective of InnoPlot’s peer platforms is to facilitate and host capability development of innovation professionals (leading specific innovation themes).

 InnoPlot’s peer platform assumptions and ground rules:

 Selection of participants is based on equivalent roles and responsibilities in comparable business context. 

1. Equivalent is not the same as  simuiar ,  diversity of knowledge and experiences will stimulate the capability development.
2. Combination of face-2-face meetings (4 times per year) and an exlusive digital knowlegde base.
3. The face-2-face meetings will be organised around a specific innovation theme often choosen by the participants themselves.  Each meeting will be introduced by (external) theme expert(s) and includes best practices, company cases followed by intervision between participants.
4. Digital knowledge base creates access to theme related state-of-the-art new knowledge and insgihts. 
5. InnoPlots ensure the safety of knowledge transfer during the meetings and in the digital community. In order to do so, no sales persons, consultants or direct competitors will be allowed to participate.
6. Participants will be selected based on personal and company profile. Participation is based on an anual subscription fee. 
7. For each company, a maximum of two participants will be allowed.
